In 2020, the team at the Wellness Centre and I kicked off a podcast that told stories of mental illness AND mental wellness as lived by students, staff and faculty at the University of Guelph, Canada. The sharing of both struggle and courage are simplly stunning.
I am very proud to continue to work in the role of Advising Podcast Producer and Editor.
